About the project
W3League.net is a modern platform for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, created for fans of the classic. At its core is an improved PvPGN server that ensures stable and fair gameplay. Here you will find everything for comfort: multiplayer with live opponents, convenient communication, tournaments, and, of course, your favorite game in the best possible way. Our main direction is the development of the DotA Classic map.
DotA Classic is not just a map, but an embodiment of the classic MOBA. We are not chasing new innovations from DotA 2 and not blindly copying them. Our philosophy is to preserve the soul of the original, adding new features and improvements to the game. We fix bugs, improve heroes and items, rework inconvenient mechanics. We add new abilities and update old ones — everything that makes it fresh and interesting, but at the same time remains true to the classic gameplay.
Our goal is not to redesign the map, but to give it a new life, without violating its atmosphere. We bring back to life the same DotA, cleaning it from shortcomings. We fix errors that have been considered impossible to fix for years and make the game better, preserving its unique spirit. It's time to return to the origins.
